Telematics Building Blocks
Viatica builds its own telematics software building blocks: device ingestion, data pipeline, map matching, dashboards and monitoring. They fit together into a device-agnostic platform, and each one can be used on its own for a PoC, a Lab or an offer carried by an integrator.

Fleet platforms are often sold as a single block. We made the opposite choice: separate building blocks, each with its own role, linked by open formats.
Two public pivot formats, Telemachus at GPS-fix level and Periplus at trip level. One block can be replaced without rewriting the others.
Teltonika is supported natively. Any other source comes in through the pivot format, including a simulated source with a known exact trajectory.
The costliest failure is not an empty dashboard, it is a dashboard showing stale data without saying so. Monitoring is a family in its own right, not an option.

How to use them
The building blocks are Viatica assets that predate any engagement. They are made available without the customer having to buy or rebuild them.

A ready-to-use environment to test devices, data feeds and usage on your own data: a dashboard, an operations cockpit, and a measure of what is actually used.
The building blocks integrated into a partner's offer, with the partner owning the customer relationship. Viatica provides the blocks and the expertise, under licence.
